Transferring a Flood Certificate or Cancellation


This form can be filled out and used to notify us of a reassignment to another lender/mortgage brokerage company, or for cancellation of certification upon payoff of the loan. It is recommended that one of these blanks be put in each loan file so it is ready to use upon transfer or payoff.
