Once a month at the end of each month you will be billed for all of the flood certifications completed during the preceding month and for any outstanding invoices from previous months.
We appreciate
payment within 0 to 30 days and each bank and branch will be billed to the originating office unless otherwise notified.
G.L.F.C. only has one fee structure and all flood certifications are life of loan so there
is no extended amortization for life of loan servicing. THIS IS A ONE-TIME FEE. |
