To order a Flood Certification print and fill out an order blank with the lender section already filled in and complete each line in order.
It is extremely important to make sure you have the street address along with the lot and block legal description if the property is located in a city or municipality.
If the property is located in a rural
area or subdivision, a complete legal description is mandatory including lot number, CSM number, or street address if available. Please make sure the property owner's name is included in case they need to be contacted
for any reason. Any other information that might be helpful would be much appreciated and would aid us giving you full and fast service.
