Great Lakes Flood Certification is fully insured. We are rendering a third party opinion for lending purposes to determined location of improvements being either in or out of flood hazard zone. We do not issue flood
insurance or guarantee a property will not be involved in a flood situation. We only base our determination improvement location using strict FEMA guidelines.
